If you click anywhere inside the spectrogram, a cursor cross will appear, and you will see the time and frequency in red at the top and to the left of the window. To see the time in the Info window, choose Get cursor from the Spectrogram menu or press the F6 key. To see the frequency in the Info window, choose Get frequency from the Spectrogram menu.
To query the power of the spectrogram at the cursor cross, choose Get spectral power at cursor cross from the Spectrum menu or press the F9 key. The Info window will show you the power density, expressed in Pascal2/Hz.
